These Terms of Use apply to Myth & Mint, operated by Brybrydataguy LLC. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Informational content

Myth & Mint publishes general fan commentary, collecting information, deck ideas, product references, and dated pricing research. The content is not legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Card prices, availability, rules, legality, and merchant listings can change. Check current primary sources and the merchant’s terms before acting on information from the site.

Deck discussions may be theory-based rather than playtested. No result, availability, condition, price, or purchasing outcome is guaranteed.

Third-party links and purchases

The site links to independent reference services and merchants for reader convenience. An outbound link does not mean that Brybrydataguy LLC controls or endorses the destination. Third-party sites have their own terms, privacy practices, product descriptions, prices, and fulfillment policies. Any transaction is solely between you and the merchant.

Fan content and intellectual property

Myth & Mint is independent fan content. Wizards of the Coast owns its games, characters, card names, trademarks, artwork, and other materials. Use of Wizards material is subject to the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy↗ (opens in a new tab). The required fan-content notice appears in the site footer.

Except for third-party material, the site’s original writing, design, and code are owned by Brybrydataguy LLC or used with permission. You may link to public pages and make ordinary personal, noncommercial use of the site. Do not republish substantial portions, remove attribution or notices, or use the site in a way that infringes rights or falsely suggests endorsement.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• interfere with the site’s operation or security;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• use automated requests in a way that unreasonably burdens the site; or
• use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.

Availability and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brybrydataguy LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory rights available under the law where you live are not limited by this section.
